All Pret espresso based drinks start with a full shot (The Pret Base as we like to call it). The art to making our Cappuccino comes when our Barista heats the milk. The trick is to let some air sneak in during the steaming process, this makes it a little lighter than a Latte. By doing this a Cappuccino is stronger to taste (more air less milk). It comes with a little chocolate sprinkled over the top or you can ask to have it naked (a White Cappuccino) if you dare. Traditionally a Cappuccino is a late morning drink (of course we don’t mind when you have one).
